Q. Do you offer any discounts?

A. We do offer extra discounts on our Cosmetics & Skin Care products, please contact us for more details. We are currently not able to offer any discount on our Grocery items.


Q. How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

A. Delivery is usually the Next Working Day for mainland UK addresses. You should place your order before 2pm to qualify for Next Working Day delivery. Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day. Orders made after Friday 2pm and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.

Delivery times for non-mainland and remote UK addresses is between 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times for addresses in Europe is between 2 to 5 working days.

Please allow extra days during bank holiday weekends and busy periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Please remember that working days is Monday to Friday only. There are usually no deliveries on weekends.

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Sorry we do not offer free delivery. We do offer a free Click & Collect service from our London warehouse.


Q. Do you offer free Click & Collect?

A. Yes you can Click & Collect for free. Please make your orders online and choose Click & Collect at the delivery options page. We will send you an email when your item is ready to collect from our London Warehouse. 

Collections:  Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm  (Closed weekends and public holidays).


Q. The item that I want to order is currently Out of Stock when will this be back in stock? 

A. Out of stock food items are usually re-stocked within 1 to 2 weeks. Out of stock cosmetic skincare items may take up to 6 weeks, please contact us for up to date re-stocking times.


Q. Do you sell Frozen and Fresh Foods?

A. We are not able to sell frozen or fresh foods due to courier delivery restrictions on frozen and perishable items.





Q. Do you specialise in calling the Philippines only?

A. Yes, the phone cards and the telecoms services that we provide are currently the best products on the market for our Philippine customers.


Q. Which is the best phone card for me to use?

A. This will depend on your calling needs, requirements and calling habits e.g. are you an occasional user, a "telebabad" caller, or do you call multi-destinations apart from the Philippines? etc.

Phone cards are always going to be cheaper per minute and are ideal for calls longer than 30mins. The negatives include daily maintenance charges and expiry.

The Boss Revolution is ideal for those that make short multi calls and to multiple destinations, there is also currently no expiry on your top up. The negatives: It is not good for calls longer than 15mins to 20mins.


Q. Where can I find my phone card or service access number?

A. Any products & services that require an access number will have these numbers displayed on the product page. Access numbers usually come in 0800, 020 and 0330 format.


Q. How does the Boss Revolution service work?

A. Boss Revolution is like a ?virtual phone card?. Your E-load is linked to your Boss Revolution account which will be your UK or landline number. 

You can buy E-loads in £5, £10 or £20 denominations. There is currently no expiry date for these loads. You can share your E-Load with other family members or friends, please ask us to add them to your Boss account.

To make a call you must dial one of the access numbers and then dial the number you which to call when prompted. You must include the country code e.g. 0063 for Philippines and then press the # key.

Remember to ALWAYS dial the access number first, if you dial the Philippine number only this will be charged by your UK landline or mobile provider as a direct call.


Q. Do you sell Philippine Loads & Sims

A. Yes, we sell Philippine E-Loads for the Globe, Smart & Sun Cellular networks. All we need is the cell number of your recipient (please remember to provide a correct & working number as mistakes cannot be corrected or refunded). 

Once we process your load your recipient will receive their load within 10mins. They usually receive a text message confirming the load is successful and the amount loaded. We can load both domestic Philippine sims and Roaming sims.

We sell roaming sims for Smart, we sell them pre-loaded ready for you to use. Please note that the roaming sims that we stock come in standard and micro size only. Please ensure that you have an ?unlocked? or ?open line" mobile phone
