These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website kuyastindahan.co.uk which is owned and operated by Philippine Global Retail Ltd T/A Kuyas Tindahan. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not continue to use or access this website.

These terms and conditions will also apply to all transactions made on this Website, whether you are ordering online or by telephone.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or services on the Website.

The Ordering Process

By placing an order with us, you are fully accepting these terms and conditions.

Once you have placed your order, we will acknowledgement by e-mail as soon as possible. This indicates that we have received your order and will be processing it. It does not mean that we have legally accepted your order. Acceptance of your order, and the completion of the contract, will take place when we despatch the goods or service to you.


All prices quoted on our website are in UK £ Sterling, and, where applicable, include VAT at the current rate. Whilst we always try to ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website, there may be rare occasions when we make a mistake. If we discover any errors in the price of Goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to (a) resubmit your order at the correct price, (b) select alternative products or (c) cancel your order.

We do offer discounted prices for whole sale customers. These prices are not advertised on our website but are available to whole sale / re-seller customers on request. There is a minimum order value and all whole sale orders & payments will be processed manually.

Charges for Delivery are not included in the price of the Goods and will be payable in addition. The price of delivery will be clearly displayed on your order before you are asked to pay for it.

Special Offers & Promotions

Promotional prices only apply during the advertised period stated. And are subject to change or end without prior notice.

Certain promotions, offers or special offers that we run or that we run on behalf of a third party company have their own specific terms and conditions, which will be shown in the description of the item. These are in addition to these terms and conditions, which will also still apply.

Payment & Security

When you place an order on the kuyastindahan.co.uk website your card details are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. Your payment details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider, we are simply informed by your bank or payment provider that the payment has been authorised.

Payment for goods ordered can be made by PayPal & Visa & Mastercard credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Kuyas Tindahan shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch or any additional processing costs & charges levied by your card issuer.

Delivery Charges & Delivery Method

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK (mainland, remote, highlands & islands) & to countries in Western Europe.

We always aim to deliver your goods within the timescale stated, but any delivery dates and timescales are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods.

Deliveries are arranged on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify. Our delivery company will ask you (or whoever is at the premises) to sign upon delivery this confirms that you have received your goods. If you have informed us to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a safe place, the delivery driver’s signature or note or your neighbour’s signature will be proof of successful delivery. If you choose to update your delivery options with the delivery company directly (either by phone or via their website) after your order has been sent then we will also deem this as successfully delivered.

If you are not at home when the delivery company attempts to deliver your goods our carriers will attempt 1 – 2 further deliveries. We reserve the right to charge you for any further additional redelivery attempts.

Goods MUST be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. Failure to notify us of any visible damage may result in claims not being accepted after the item has been signed for. Any visible damage should be identified to the delivery personnel and noted on their delivery note at the time of refusal.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the person you've nominated to receive the delivery, have signed for the correct number of goods delivered.

Order Cancellation, Return & Refund

You may cancel your order at any time before authorisation and confirmation of your payment has been made by your card issuer or PayPal. After which you should contact us as soon as possible to manually cancel your order and for us to issue you a full refund.

We will replace or refund the full cost of any item which arrives in a damaged and/or inedible or unusable condition. Such item shall be retained for our inspection should we ask to do so.

All refunds due for whatever reason (other than under the cancellation provisions set out above) will be made within 30 days of delivery of the Goods.

Any deductions applicable, such as collection charges, will be deducted from the refund due.

If a customer chooses to return an item that is neither inedible, unusable or damaged the cost of returning the item will be solely at your expense and cannot be refunded or credited back to you.

Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction.

Product Availability & Out of Stock Items

We try to maintain a reasonable stock of most of our products but all orders are subject to availability and accordingly, we can only deliver your goods whilst stocks last. Where we are unable to fulfil your order on the day of processing or within1 - 2 days of us receiving it, we will contact you to allow you the option of (a) delayed delivery date (b) a full refund for the product(s) that are not available (c) a replacement with alternative goods (d) cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. In instances where you can replace an item we will inform you of any price difference and the extra charge that you may have to pay in addition to.

Privacy Policy

The information we receive is used by us to process your order and to help our company plan improvements to the products and services that we offer and to our services. We will not pass on any of your personal details to other parties or companies except where necessary to process your order or payment & to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise. Incorrect Customer Information

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that your registered contact details (not limited to name, billing address, delivery address, alternative delivery address and email address) is correct and up to date. It is important that the email that you provide is a working email. We will use this email address to send out a confirmation of your order, a receipt, delivery details & tracking information. It will also be used as our main point of contact with you should any issues or problems with your order arise. We cannot be held liable for any orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

Additional terms and conditions for Telecoms Products and Services

If your order is accepted, we will send you an email invoice confirming your purchase. Where applicable your Pin Number (s) or Access number will be sent to you via your registered E-mail.  If you have ordered an E-load or Top Up for a UK or Philippine landline or mobile number, we will send you an email with a receipt number that confirms your order has been successfully completed.

Delivery of your E-load or Top-Up for Boss Revolution and for Philippine networks will be done directly to your registered or indicated UK number to the Philippine number entered in the relevant box at time of ordering.

Please remember to keep all account details including PIN numbers or access numbers confidential.  Kuyas Tindahan accepts no responsibility for any misuse of pin’s or the access number and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details are not open to abuse once your pin or access number details have been sent.  We shall not be liable for losses incurred by you as a result of you disclosing such confidential information to third parties.

You agree to provide us with a valid and functioning email address to ensure the invoice and details for using your chosen product / service are delivered to your requested email address.

If there are any changes to the personal information supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Kuyas Tindahan as soon as possible. Each and every time you make a purchase from our website, you confirm that the personal information which we hold about you is true and accurate. If your e-mail address changes or your address and contact details, please update them before you make your purchase. 

We have the right to forward information to a third party that requires information not limited to UK & Philippine landline and mobile numbers to complete & process your order. We may also share your personal details if they require it for investigating any issues or complaints that may arise when using or subscribing to their service.

Kuyas Tindahan cannot be responsible for any technical issues beyond our control when using or purchasing from our website or by phone.

Should a product or service become faulty, you must contact the relevant Phone card or Phone service Customer Services department immediately. The customer service number of each product or service can be found on the product webpage. Kuyas Tindahan has no access to the information or data of any third party phone card or phone service company. All faults including call connection issues, call charge disputes, poor line quality etc. must be reported directly to, handled and resolved by the relevant Phone card or Phone service company customer service agent or by an official company representative.

All sales are final, and we cannot offer any refunds on used or partially used telecom products or services. We will assist you in resolving any technical issues, if a technical issue cannot be resolved, we will endeavour to exchange your product or service upon confirmation from the Phone card or Phone service provider that a credit has been issued and the fault cannot be resolved.

Kuyas Tindahan acts as an agent on behalf of telecom providers, we will not accept responsibility in the case that any service is suspended or the loss of service due to any bankruptcy or liquidation of any of our suppliers.  In such case Kuyas Tindahan will provide you with the company details related to the provider of the service relating to the product you have purchased.

However, kuyastindahan.co.uk takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or which makes claims about use. Neither shall kuyastindahan.co.uk be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss which may occur from the use of any matter contained on this web-site.

Customers using our website to purchase cosmetic & skin care products – please be advised that we cannot be held liable for any claims that are made by the cosmetic & skin care product & company. We act as importer and retailer of the products and take every precaution and care necessary to ensure that the products are 100% genuine & authentic. Once you have received your product please read carefully and follow the instructions on the box. If you have an adverse reaction please stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention. It is also advisable to conduct a “patch test” on a small area of your skin before using a new product.
