Delivery W.EUROPE: Delivery charge is from £19.99. Delivery within 2-5 working days after dispatch by courier tracked and signed for. There is a weight limit of 18kgs & your order must fit in one 50cmx50cmx50cm box. The delivery rate may be subject to an additional surcharge if your order requires more than one box. We may need to restrict the type of products that you buy e.g. tall glass bottles, if this is the case then a member of our team will contact you to amend your order.
FREE Click & Collect: Your order will normally be ready for collection the next working day. We will send a notification to your email. Please collect your order from - Vanguard Storage, 188 Westferry Road, London E14 3RY Tel 0207 987 3749. Collection times are: Monday to Friday from 10am till 5pm (closed weekends & public holidays). Getting here - Tube Canary Wharf Station, DLR Mudchute Station, Buses D7 135 or 277.
Other Useful Information:
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, during weekends & on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. Please be advised that during busy periods e.g. Christmas, New Year & Easter you should allow an extra 1-2 days for dispatch & eventual delivery.
** All deliveries in the UK and W. Europe are usually done Monday - Friday ONLY (excl. weekends). On occasion they may delivery on a Saturday during busy periods **
Expected delivery dates & times: Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your Courier or Royal Mail Tracking reference and a link to their webiste. Most of the couriers that we use will contact you prior to the date of delivery, they will inform you of the expected delivery date and delivery time (usually a 1 -2 hour estimated time slot). For more details on your delivery please check the Courier or Royal Mail website regularly.
Delivery requests: We understand that their maybe times that you will not be at home on the expected day or time of delivery. If possible please go to the courier website and arrange for another delivery date. Alternatively you can request that we leave your order with a "neighbour" or in a "safe place" but note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur if you choose this option.
PO Box & Forwarding Company Addresses: Due to possible courier delivery restrictions & delays for these types of addresses we reserve the right not to deliver to these addresses or to request an alternative delivery address.
Packing your order: Our policy is to make sure your order arrives in the best condition possible. We use double walled extra strong boxes. All bottled items are protected with either bubble wrap or bubble envelope to avoid contamination in the event of breakage. Tinned items are boxed within a box to avoid denting. We use air cushions to fill in excess space and to make sure your items do not move around during transit. All boxes are then sealed with double width and double strength tape with "please take care" label and return company address sticker.
