I forgot to add more items in my order. How can I revise my order? If your order is still Awaiting Dispatch, you may place another order and choose "Click & Collect" to remove the postage. Please ensure to include your previous WEB order number that you want to include this new order with so that we can ship them all together under one delivery.
When will my order be dispatched? We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs between Monday and Friday. Orders received Friday afternoon and weekends will be processed the next working day. During busy periods there may be a delay in dispatching orders.
Is my order tracked? Yes, all parcels are tracked & signed for. You will get a tracking reference and courier link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take? See above for estimated delivery times
Can I make any special requests for the courier? Yes, you can enter any special request during the checkout for the courier eg. leave with neighbour, leave in porch etc. Please note that we cannot accommodate TIMED deliveries. Otherwise, we will do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if I am not in? All parcels are requested to leave with neighbour if not in or safe place where possible (UK mainland only). You can also make ammendments to your delivery directly via the courier website.
Is my parcel packaged securely? All orders are packed to the highest quality to ensure no damage will occur during transit. Almost 100% of all our packaging are from recycled card board.
What if something is missing or broken when I receive my order? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Make a list of any missing or broken items and attach a photo of any damaged items.
