  • Order processing normally takes up to two (2) working days to prepare all relevant documentation outside of the UK. Your order status will appear as "Awaiting Dispatch"



  • Ten (10) Working Days estimate depending on your country’s processing time for import duties and taxes.


  • Your order will be shipped out via DPD or UPS, which will then be handed over to their partner local courier.
  • Your order status will appear as "Order Dispatched" once your parcel has been picked up by our courier.


  • No VAT has been collected when you place an order.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which, are applied once your order reaches the destination country.

When will my order be dispatched? We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs between Monday and Friday. Orders received Friday afternoon and weekends will be processed the next working day. During busy periods there may be a delay in dispatching orders.

Is my order tracked? Yes, all parcels are tracked & signed for. You will get a tracking reference and courier link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Is my parcel packaged securely? All orders are packed to the highest quality to ensure no damage will occur during transit. Almost 100% of all our packaging are from recycled card board.

What if something is missing or broken when I receive my order? Please email us at Make a list of any missing or broken items and attach a photo of any damaged items.
