  • The eGift is valid for McDelivery Hotline transactions during breakfast hours (3:50 AM – 10:20 AM) and regular hours (10:21 AM – 3:49 AM). Not valid for front counter Dine-in, Take-out and Drive-thru transactions, and Dessert Centres transactions.
  • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item. To use the eGift, the code must be given by the recipient to the call center agent for validation.
  • The recipient must wait for the call center agent to finish the validation process. The call center agent will receive a validation response indicating the eGift amount and validity. The call center agent will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
  • Maximum of three (3) eGift codes may be used per transaction but the recipient can have multiple transactions per day.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the call center agent once he/she commits to use it for delivery.
  • The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts. The eGift is not valid in conjunction with any on-going promotions or discounts of McDonald’s.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • If the price changes or the product is not available, the customer may still use the peso value amount of the eGift.
  • The prices and products are subject to change without prior notice.

FAQs:

What do I do if the recipient has not received the eGift code by text? If it has been more than 24hrs then send us an email at cs@kuyastindahan.com and remember to quote your order number.

Is there anything I need to consider before I place my order? Yes, please check there is a store near the recipient. Not all stores are nationwide.

Does the eGift have an expiration date? Yes, 90 days from date of purchase

What happens if recipient has accidently deleted the text with the eGift code? No problem, just email us at cs@kuyastindahan.com with your order number then we will resend again to you.

Can I cancel my order after it has been processed? If the credit has not been used, then you can swap the eGift with another store, with the same or greater value. However, we cannot refund the payment.

Do you offer bulk eGift purchases? Yes, please contact us at cs@kuyastindahan.com, where our team can assist you with your requirements and special price.
