  • The eGift is valid for dine-in, takeout, and hotline delivery at 888-79000.
  • The eGift can be used for Max's, Pancake House, Krispy Kreme, Jamba Juice, Yellow Cab, Teriyaki Boy, Dencio's, Sizzlin Steak, and Maple.
  • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item.
  • To use the eGift, the code must be given by the recipient to the store manager/call center for validation.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager/call center once he/she commits to use it at the store.
  • In the event that the store's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager/call center shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
  • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply for delivery.

FAQs:

Does the recipient need to show anything else apart from the eGift code? No, just show the eGift code to a member of staff who will validate the code for you.

What happens if I do not use up all the credit? No change is given. This is a one-use eGift code only.

The eGift code is invalid or not working? All stores have a direct contact to the eGift provider in Philippines. Staff in-store should be able to resolve any issues.

Can I request my eGift to be sent on a specific date? Yes, just leave a request on the checkout page which day you would like the eGift to be sent.

What do I do if the recipient has not received the eGift code by text? If it has been more than 24hrs then send us an email at cs@kuyastindahan.com and remember to quote your order number.

Is there anything I need to consider before I place my order? Yes, please check there is a store near the recipient. Not all stores are nationwide.

Does the eGift have an expiration date? Yes, 90 days from date of purchase

What happens if recipient has accidently deleted the text with the eGift code? No problem, just email us at cs@kuyastindahan.com with your order number then we will resend again to you.

Can I cancel my order after it has been processed? If the credit has not been used, then you can swap the eGift with another store, with the same or greater value. However, we cannot refund the payment.
