What happens if recipient has accidently deleted the text with the eGift code? No problem, just email us at email@example.com with your order number then we will resend again to you.
Can I cancel my order after it has been processed? If the credit has not been used, then you can swap the eGift with another store, with the same or greater value. However, we cannot refund the payment.
